This is a full time role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing funeral transfers and services, preparing monthly schedules for ground staff, and handling petty cash and vehicle-related matters. They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Additionally, they assist the Human Resources Team with talent recruitment and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2-4 years of management experience

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Java Engineer to lead the design and development of backend systems for high-traffic social products. You will play a critical role in system architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring the team to deliver scalable and robust solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the architecture design and construction of scalable backend systems for social products.
• Design system software architecture, including modules, key components, and interfaces, ensuring high availability and high concurrency.
