About The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for selling our IaaS solutions and driving net new business in the APAC region. You will grow our market share by executing robust lead generation strategies and following up on qualified leads to convert them into new Leaseweb customers. In this role, you will assume full ownership of customer relationships, committed to securing successful business deals with both new prospects and existing clients. Your focus will be predominantly on generating new client engagements, while also maintaining and growing a select group of key existing accounts to ensure their continued satisfaction.

This position is characterized by a high degree of autonomy, a drive for results, and a strong sense of responsibility and commercial focus. The Senior Executive for Regional Admin Finance will support the finance department in various administrative and financial tasks. This role involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end closing processes and company projects. The assistant will collaborate with different corporate functions to ensure efficient financial operations and contribute to informed business decisions.

Key Accountabilities

• Review and validate Corporate Packages to ensure adherence to reporting requirements.
• Prepare and generate monthly reports for corporate function heads.
• Prepare monthly Corporate SGA and Capex reports for stakeholders.
• Distribute the Corporate Datapack to Business Centers (BCs) and ensure the analysis and landing forecasts are accurate and meaningful.
• Conduct monthly reviews of Corporate SGA intercompany transactions within the APAC region.
