Skills & Qualifications

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Executive Officer performs core Secretariat functions to support the MENDAKI Club Executive Committee (EXCO) in the execution of events and programmes which help Malay/Muslim youths and professionals (i.e., youths aged between 13 to 35 years old) excel and support one another, as well as the internal operations of the Club. The aforementioned Secretariat functions are carried out by the Executive Officer and Manager under the MENDAKI Club Secretariat, supported by the Executive Assistant.

The incumbent is expected to work between 9.00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, but may be required to work occasional weekday evenings and/or weekends to support the Club’s EXCO meetings and events.
