About Job Position:
The Reservations & Retail Administrator supports the Events & Reservations Manager in day to day reservations requests, retail and general administrative related duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We are searching for an individual who is proactive, reliable, analytical and organised with an eye for detail. Previous experience with reservations systems and in particular Seven Rooms, will be highly regarded. You must be guest-oriented and have an affinity to communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure we maintain our reputation for providing world-class service to our clientele. You will have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assist our operations team.
As a valued member of our staff, you’ll develop and gain invaluable guest relation experience (both in office and in-venue situations) as well as being exposed to F&B knowledge while working alongside industry experts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all reservation enquiries are handled in a professional and time sensitive manner
· The primary point of contact for all written enquires between the bar and our guests
· Facilitates all guest needs and expectations by providing exceptional service
· Ensure that all standard procedures, rules, regulations and sequence of service are implemented
· Provide service that reflects the high standards and exceed all guest expectations
· Support any activities of the management
