The Senior Cook takes account of stock levels and prepares the station before the start of each service. He/She manages food preparations and processes by food stations. He/She ensures that appropriate standards and hygiene are adhered to.

Commitment Requirement:

· Commitment levels: Full-Time 42 hours/week, on-site (5 days per week)

· Available to work on weekends (9am-5pm) and weekday afternoons/evenings (11am-7pm)

Role & Responsibility:

Sales

• Respond effectively to enquiries (walk-in customers, online, email, phone) and proactively manage customer leads to encourage trial sign-ups
• Nurture lead funnels, arrange for trial lessons, and sign-up new students

Operations & Customer Service

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administration at the centre
• Maintain and organize software used for scheduling, customer management, invoicing
• Prepare and send student invoices accurately and on-time
• Coordinate communications between the school, parents, students, and teachers effectively

School Activities, Marketing & Promotions

• Support marketing/promotion activities when requested
• Help plan or coordinate school activities such as concerts, workshops, camps, programs

Help create a friendly, positive, and professional environment within the school

• Greet students/parents and create a warm, welcoming environment
• Build and maintain good relationships with parents and students
• Assist with training/orientation new team members

Requirements

1.Must have 3 to 5 years working experience as Performing Artiste Manager related as manager

2.Able to work and communciate well with all the singer

3.Must has experience as Performer and singing and dancing

4.Can knowledge all Mandarin Songs and jpop and kpop is advantageous

5.Must have strong stage Performing experience

Here are some of the typical duties and responsibilities of a Vice Principal:

• Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, programs, curriculum activities, budgets and Chinese
• Meet with parents or guardians to discuss student progress, behavior, and other related issues
• Guide, motivate and supervise teachers and other school staff, and provide constructive feedback
• Address disciplinary issues in the school and recommend interventions or solutions
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching and administrative staff mainly in Chinese language
• Represent the school at meetings, public events, and conferences
