Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. • Input restaurant bookings in the system and confirm restaurant reservations within the stipulated time frame
• Handle special requests
• Communicate with Behold Julien venues and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Assist customers all other relevant enquiries
• Perform other urgent matters and any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required by the Management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services within the hospitality industry.
• Experience with Seven Rooms Table Management system will be an advantage but no crucial as training will be provided.
• Good understanding of fine dining operation and service standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary:

• Deliver in-house legal counsel function and provide comprehensive legal advice and support, to the Legal Director, which includes drafting and reviewing contracts and intended changes to Rules and Bye-Laws, compliance, governance and helping the Club be PDPA compliant.
• Provide administrative, project and executive support to the Director by ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Organisation’s Legal and Compliance areas such as technology and media, IP, data protection (PDPA, GDPR etc.), labour, club and corporate issues.
• Implement and ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other corporate formalities.
• Assist in implementing compliance programs.
• Advise on legal disputes.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide updates to the Company and/or the Legal and Compliance team in the event of any such changes.
• Provide legal advice, draft and review contracts and intended changes to Rules and Bye-Laws, managing the Club’s trademark and intellectual property portfolio, and helping the Club be PDPA compliant.
• Carry out disciplinary proceedings in accordance with the Organisation’s Rules.
• Maintain and organise a full set of records for all files, minutes, activities, projects and data bases and to obtain all information from internal and external stakeholders and knowledge at fingertips to be able to engage all stakeholders and members and advise them on all issues raised.
• Organise meetings & take minutes and provide timely updates on the actionable items assigned to each person.
• Write reports, updates, analyse issues and to achieve set outcomes and proactive in achieving creative solutions. Present papers and persuade the audience.
• Quick to understand the business and be a value-add contributor.
• Detailed and meticulous, must be committed to work, willing to be involved without being asked and to achieve results on all on-going matters and even in fluid situations.
• Result-oriented, self-starter, starts and completes all tasks with achievements within time-frame and constantly improves tasks.
• Well-organised in calendar, handling of reports, following up on work tasks and answering email correspondence, scanning of documents and mailing of letters or packages.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Legal Director, Management and the Board.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in similar capacity. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications to perform the above duties are welcome to apply.
• Good work attitude with willingness to learn.
• Preferable to have experience in professional P.A work, attending meetings and taking Minutes, but not essential.
• Logical, clear and concise writing and ability to grasp concepts and to communicate ideas and issues at hand. Ability to write a good summary.
• Excellent communication, speaking and writing skills in English.
• Meticulous with strong initiative as well as the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethics, integrity, responsible and dependable.
• Able to work independently.
