About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Operations Executive with 2 years of experience in operational roles. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese and possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role requires a high level of adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality insights and solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute market research and consulting projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and expert networks to align project deliverables.

• Identify, engage, and onboard subject matter experts to support project requirements while managing relationships to ensure compliance with company and client guidelines.

• Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided by experts.

• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.

• Coordinate with expert networks and local partners to secure subject matter experts and ensure their alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of any specialisation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project operations role within market research or an expert network firm is welcome to apply.

• Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Business Japanese is preferred due to stakeholders’ management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure performance complies with specications, technical clarications, and drawings.
• To guide and supervise on works arrangement and site activity.
• To check all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedule.
• Monitor the daily progress of activities and prepare daily report of the status of each assignment.
• Managing project budgets. Able to work on weekend/public holiday.
• Able to work regularly under rooftop.
• Able to use Microsoft suite of Software including project.
• Prociency in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and communication skills. Good technical competency.
• Carry out the electrical cabling works, tray & trunking works with installation.
• Experience in integration of the sites.
• Minimum Certicate requirement in Safety Supervisor.
• Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or above Minimum 10 years working experience on related sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, operations, or process management in the financial services or moneylending industry.
• CRM Expertise: Experience in configuring, customizing, and automating workflows within a CRM system.
• Process Design & Automation: Proven ability to design efficient workflows, streamline processes, and implement automation to enhance business operations.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team motivation, training, and performance optimization.

Job Description:

The Programmers shall be required to:

i. Code, modify, test, correct, and document new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools, and coding conventions;

ii. Prepare and document test data;

iii. Prepare and set up testing and production environment;

iv. Prepare and maintain program and system documentation;

v. Assist in establishing file structures and processing logic requirements;

vi. Produce deliverables according to group standards and procedures;

vii. Assist Project Leaders in the study and design of application systems and work coordination, project management, and user training work;

viii. Troubleshooting and supporting end-users in the implementation and maintenance of application systems;

ix. Train other contract programmers in the relevant skills;

x. Participate in Disaster Recovery activities eg simulation exercises at

Disaster Recovery sites;

xi. Learn/pick up new programming skills related to System

Development and Maintenance as assigned by the supervisors;

xii. Any other tasks related to System Development and Maintenance as assigned by the supervisors.
