Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone/email enquiries
• Provide professional course consultation and excellent customer service to prospective customers
• Work closely with the Operations Manager in placements and scheduling of classes
• Communicate and coordinate with customers in ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries
• Process class registrations and payments
• Correspond with existing customers through phone, text messages, emails and letters
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers
• Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations
• Ensure the safety and appropriate behaviour of students at the centre
• Tidy and prepare the classrooms before lessons

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
• Confident and tactful in handling customer’s needs

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Strong existing network within the physical security industry, including connections to lift suppliers, commercial building facility management system integrators, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, including turnstiles, CCTV, and building management solutions.

About the Job

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Local Statutory Compliance Senior Accountant. This role is based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date calendar of local statutory filing requirements for our Germany subsidiary. . You will plan and coordinate audits and the preparation of statutory financial statements to ensure timely compliance with filing deadlines. Additionally, you will expertly prepare IFRS statutory financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit or Loss, Statement of Equity, Statement of Cash Flows, and the Notes to the Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Key Skills / Core Competencies

• Proficient in IFRS and preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Experienced in auditing or preparing Balance Sheets, Profit or Loss Statements, Equity Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Accounts.
• Capable of coordinating with multiple international auditing teams across EMEA, managing their deliverables within deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to Europe as needed.
• Professional with a commitment to quality, skilled in preparing accurate audit schedules and supporting statutory financial statements.
• Extensive experience with MS Excel.
• Possesses an international perspective, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across borders and cultures.

German Speaking will be a must as this role manages German legal entity but based in Singaore.

Job Descriptions:
