JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To support the Senior Technical Manager to manage the technical operations of a fleet of tankers.

- Overseeing the daily operations of maintenance and repair, survey schedules and docking.

- Manage financial budgets and cost control for maintenance, repairs, stores, modifications, and dry docking while ensuring compliance with industry, Class, International and statutory regulations of ISM/ISPS/MLC.

SCOPE

The incumbent serves as a point of contact for tenants and guests, and is responsible for handling guest and tenant requests in a friendly and caring manner. He/she will handle message, mail and parcel addressed to our tenants, guests, and staff according to the hotel procedures and our service standards in order to ensure satisfaction.
