As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, within the organization. Key Responsibilities

Technical Support:

• Provide first-level technical support for end-users, including assistance with POS system-related issues, on a 24/7 standby basis.

Documentation and Reporting:

User Training:
