Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

Description of Division/Branch

What you will be doing

Tender Management

• Manage the entire tender process, from preparation and submission to post-submission activities, including Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects.
• Analyze tender requirements, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
• Maintain a repository of templates, standard content, and case studies to streamline the tendering process.
• Track and report on tender outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Organically growing existing relationships/clients across the region/globe.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.

What you will need for this position

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tender management and business development, preferably within the SaaS industry.

Qualifications - External

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline

Technical / Adminstrative Duties

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in ACMV Project design and build for various type of buildings, including cleanroom and bio-lab projects.
• Documenting and certificating all work carried out to meet our contractual and statutory obligations
• Identifying and resolving remedial requirements on all systems
• Quoting and undertaking project work as required by the client

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or Equivalent;
• Experience in ACMV / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Project and Maintenance work.
• Experience in both industrial and commercial air-cons
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Possess good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
