To deliver world-class BIM solutions for complex transportation and energy projects across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a BIM Manager to join our team. We are a dynamic team of BIM experts working alongside our clients on some of Singapore's most complex and impactful infrastructure projects. We are thrilled to have contributed to LTA and MRT Projects in Singapore.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
· Coordinate and manage BIM execution across projects, involving internal and external parties and both local and international BIM teams.
· Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans and quality assurance plans, continuously improving protocols for model management and maintaining a BIM data archive.
· Lead BIM implementation, including modeling workflows, BIM use, methodologies, and standards, while reviewing project models and workflows.
· Manage BIM processes, implementation, best practices, and techniques, ensuring timely delivery and consistency of project deliverables.
· Oversee the exchange and coordination of BIM models with all project stakeholders and monitor design progress against planned schedules.
· Participate in and support projects during external meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
· Routinely run information system scans to maintain model data security, collect incoming models, and manage their submission and exchange.

On top of that, you will have:
· Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, or Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM). BIM certificate including related courses obtained.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, design, drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management, and/or coordination (services), with specific experience in BIM modelling coordination, collaboration, model review, and quantity take-off.
· Proficient in using BIM software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit, as well as BIM review tools like Navigator, Navisworks Manage, and Solibri Model Checker.
· Well-versed in the local BIM e-submission process, requirements, and guidelines, with a good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations and the latest version of Singapore BIM Guidelines.
· Experience with LTA MRT projects and completed at least one full project cycle from the design to construction phase.
· Trained in BIM Modelling and BIM Management, with familiarity in working shared spaces like ACC.
· Ability to manage file sharing and maintain data security protocols effectively.
