As a Data Center Segment expert, the Sales Engineer is responsible for leading, developing sales strategies and plans as well as generate new business opportunities to the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business opportunities and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers, decision makers and target accounts. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and evaluate options.

Works closely with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential key accounts/customers to do business with PS. Collaborates to establish long term working relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at different management levels across key accounts’ organizations.

Role: Assistant Pet Groomer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in grooming pets, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming areas and tools, adhering strictly to SOPs.
• Provide a positive and calming experience for pets, handling them with patience and care.
• Support the team in daily operations, including customer interaction and appointment management.
• (Bonus) Engage with customers to promote grooming packages and products.

We are an established Dental Clinic located in the Central area. We are looking for both Permanent Full and Part Time Dental Assistants to join our elite team. Candidates must have 3 years of dental assisting experience and a 'team player' mindset. Salary will be dependent on the amount of related experience that the Candidate possesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, tailored to the F&B business.
• Conduct financial analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures, analyzing variances, and providing insights into cost management, sales performance, and profitability.
• Provide management with financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in decision-making, strategic planning, and operational improvements.
• Oversee the calculation and management of food and beverage costs, ensuring efficient inventory management, proper valuation, and control of waste or spoilage.
• Monitor payroll expenses, overtime, and staffing levels in relation to revenue, and ensure that labor costs are optimized to align with sales projections.
• Provide accurate financial forecasts, adjusting for any changes in operations or market conditions, and ensure that forecasts are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Ensure that the company complies with Singapore's Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, preparing GST returns and managing tax filings on time.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Manage and maintain accounting software
• Work closely with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth financial processes and provide financial insights to improve operational performance.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for targeting and hunting for new business with new customers by selling APLL’s capabilities and solutions, with a strong focus on contract logistics, cross-border trucking and international freight.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business growth by pursuing target profile customers in our focus markets
• Able to build up relationship with customers to identify businessopportunities fitting APLL’s capabilities and competencies
• Develop customer specific value proposition by understanding customers supply chain, identify the pain points and match the best fit solutions
• Ensure timely and accurate reports of target accounts, opportunities and sales calls.
• Responsible to follow the customer qualification and on-boarding protocols, including credit setup and contract coordination for customers

Qualification

• Minimum of a Bachelors, ideally with an MBA or related advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• Excellent English language skills

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial role with rick knowledge of supply chain logistics and local market practice
• Skill sets

o Prospecting and targeting customer in focused products

o Excellent communication and presentation skills

o Analytical skills

o Understanding of operational process

• Good knowledge in both international and domestic logistics, as well as warehousing for both CLS and CFS
• Established network of customer and business relationships
• Relevant work experience in a supply chain division of an MNC or 3PL
• Be able to work in complex situation and under pressure
• Creative and solution-oriented approach to value proposition
