Performance of Duties

Job Description:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Job Scope for a Scaffold Supervisor

A Scaffold Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding on construction, industrial, or maintenance sites. Their primary goal is to ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and efficient workflow. The job scope may vary from time to time but generally includes the following responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Management

• Team Management: Lead, coordinate, and supervise scaffolders and other workers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Task Allocation: Assign daily tasks to scaffolders, ensuring each team member understands their duties.
• Monitoring Progress: Track and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion of scaffolding activities.

2. Safety and Compliance

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
• Inspection & Auditing: Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure they are safe, secure, and meet industry standards.
• Permit to Work (PTW): Obtain and manage necessary permits for scaffold-related tasks.

3. Scaffold Erection, Modification, and Dismantling

Key Skills & Requirements

Scope of services:

Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.

Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.
