Job Title: Store Supervisor
Reports to: Store Manager
Division: Retail
Job Objective
Responsible for assisting Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager on daily store operations. Store Supervisor is also responsible for driving sales revenue, performing as a role model in front of Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate, giving out advice and guidance, and to provide outstanding customer services
Job Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
• Achieve personal sales target consistently
• Analyze available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
• Support the development associates sales techniques, ensuring utilization of elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an actie role on the selling floor
• Collaborate with Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities to support sales
Customer Service:
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
• Assist sales associates with various customer service issues ie. Dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise.
Operations:
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
• Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor the movement of all inventory and ensure that staff adheres to all transferring/receiving policies and procedures.
• Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
• Understand and properly execute all management POS functions.
• Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication.
Merchandising/Visual:
• Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction.
• Identify and communiate product concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal.
Human Resources:
• Based on the KPI target, provide guidance and support to Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate.
• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand imange and adhered to at all times.
• Continually provide feedback to Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associare to ensure results.
• Perform as the second-in-charge when store-in-charge is not on duty.
