Key Responsibilities: Structure, plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual students' needs and examination syllabuses Teach music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to students entering and preparing students for examinations Inspire students and encourage progress in the student’s learning journey Assess students' abilities, providing feedback and writing reports for parental feedback Accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance Working with other colleagues in group activities, such as camps and exam preparation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, and general maintenance of public area of student hostel (landscaping, cutting grass, etc);

● Support and provide assistance to the Facilities and Maintenance team when required;

● Prepare work areas by gathering tools and supplies;

● Carry out basic repairs under supervision;

● Ensuring all areas are kept tidy which includes moving materials or products to designated areas to ensure work areas are clean and organized;

● Manage inventory by sorting, storing, or stocking items required in the daily upkeep of the property;

● Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables;

● Adherence to Safety Standards, to follow all health and safety regulations;

● Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly within the property;

● Additional duties to perform tasks in day to day operational requirements as assigned by supervisors or team leads; and

● and any other duties as required by the Company or management.
