Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Propseller, you will initially join us as an Individual Contributor (IC), directly influencing our growth through strategic and hands-on management of our digital marketing efforts. Duties & Responsibilities

• Full-funnel marketing strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategy to generate leads throughout the property buying and selling journey.
• Branding campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimise lead generation and branding campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other native advertising platforms.
• Marketing budget: Efficiently manage and allocate a growing monthly budget across marketing channels to maximise ROI.
• Innovation to increase leads: Innovate by identifying and testing new digital marketing channels to reach untapped audiences, thereby increasing the volume of high-quality leads.
• Channel growth: Create and execute roadmaps for channel growth, leading cross-functional projects to support these initiatives.
• Marketing creatives: Continuously test and enhance marketing creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with creative partners and internal teams.
• Tracking systems: Implement and maintain robust tracking and attribution systems to analyse channel performance, focusing on lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a leading institution.
• 4+ years of experience in acquisition marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital advertising and performance marketing. A focus on lead generation is highly preferred, showcasing an ability to effectively attract and engage potential clients. We are open to considering candidates with less experience for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist role.
• Experience in managing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in TikTok and other emerging platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and drive marketing efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and a preference for making data-driven decisions.

Compensation:

Performance Marketing Manager: Basic monthly salary of $6,000-$9,500 + stock options.

• 10+ years of experience in bricklaying and construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and shop drawings.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations.

• Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and handle manual labor tasks when necessary.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to plan, allocate, and monitor work progress effectively.

• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment maintenance.

• Singapore driving license will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• To carry out various pest maintenance and rodents eradication works at Animal holding facilities, exhibits, habitats, aviaries and its surrounding areas
• To carry out potentially strenuous jobs, able to work diligently with minimal supervision, meticulous
• To Understand conditioning method and positive-reinforcement training.

Requirements

• Vector Control Operator, Vector Control Technician (VCT) and Vector Control Worker (VCW) licensed/certified.
• 2 years working experience in pest control, physically fit and healthy to work outdoors and carry out potentially strenuous jobs, able to work diligently with minimal supervision
• Creativity for the design of mechanical traps.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to free aviaries of rats.
