• Organize and supervise the training of kitchen staff, motivating all staff to increase skills in food preparation and kitchen management. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the labour agreement and manage staff and rosters according to them
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored, with all breakage’s and breakdowns being properly reported and recorded
• Work with Executive Chef in manpower planning and management needs
• Ensure the kitchen is maintained to high hygiene standard at all times and safe food handling practices are followed
• Be fully conversant with the hotel’s fire, security and emergency procedures
• Accurately maintain accident records, in turn ensuring all hazardous situations are reviewed to minimize the rise of future incidents

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling of future appointments
• Registration of patients
• Assisting the doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
• Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
• Handling phone calls and enquires and providing information
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Nitec and above
• No need experience , Training Provided
• Able to commit 2 rotating shift , 5 days including weekend ( Paid Shift Allowance )
