This position is responsible for effectively collaborating with AMT Singapore AI hub and business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. The successful candidate is responsible for international AI project coordination and management, AI project process management and internal and external communication during AI project execution.

This role provides the candidate with opportunity to join a high performing organization within TE. The position will locate in TE Singapore AI Hub campus and will serve customers from multiple business units and manufacturing sites globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• International AI project coordination and management, including schedule management, progress management, meeting arrangement, resource management, logistics management etc.
• Proactively manage the project process milestones to make sure the smooth execution of the AI projects.
• Effective communication with the AMT Singapore AI team, BU customers of global and external partners.
• Proactive collaboration with Singapore universities and professors during the AI project planning and execution.
• Provide excellent support to the AMT Singapore AI team to enable the team with better efficiency during the AI innovations and development.
• Support the AMT Singapore AI team on the professional documentation as needed by the AI projects.
• Promote a culture that reflects company’s values, and promote positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in management or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent service mindset.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Proven records of successful collaboration with teams of multiple regions on the project execution to drive productivity and growth margin improvement.
• Demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Disciplined, passionate, positive and resilient.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management.

• Assist the Business Divisions in ensuring all required sanction checks are conducted with no breaches in the branch’s policies and service standards.
• Support Director RMC in control owner of sanction policies and effective implementation.
• Support Director RMC in undertaking regular reviews of sanction procedures and recommend/implement modification where appropriate to ensure that any business risks are mitigated to the maximum extent possible.
• Support Director RMC in inculcating strong risk culture within the Singapore operations.
• Support Director RMC in ensuring the branch keeps up with sanction regulatory updates and implementation.
• Support Director RMC and CFOO Singapore in ad-hoc projects/review work assigned
