Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

• Client Communication ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries across various channels, including B2B partnerships, social media, WhatsApp, and website communications.
  Manage a diverse travel product portfolio, including cruise, yacht, and land-based offerings.
  Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the client's policies and proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  Drive high conversion rates through systematic follow-up on inquiries.
  Uphold exceptional service standards and response times.
  

Strategic Account Management

• Partnership DevelopmentCultivate and maintain strategic relationships with business partners.
  Consistently deliver excellent service through prompt and effective communication.
  

Tour Planning and Management

• Tour Design & CoordinationDevelop compelling and competitive travel proposals tailored to each tour request.
  Coordinate seamlessly with tour operators, product suppliers, and transportation providers.
  Oversee end-to-end tour planning and execution.
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility in supporting departmental objectives and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum education of GCE 'A' or ITE(NITEC)
• Prior experience in a travel agency or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Openness to overseas travel, if required.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as event manager
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
• BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
• Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
