Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis, design and development of solutions in different technologies
  including Web, Cloud, Mobile, QR code etc.
• Ensure adequate solution implementation in accordance to specifications and following industry
  quality standards
• Provide user acceptance test and production support
• Liaison with internal/external parties including R&D, partners, regulators and customers
• Project management and implementation
• Assist the sales force with pre-sales activities such as proposal preparation, systems demonstrations and presentations, product installations and pilot projects for proof of concept

Additional Information/ Requirements

• University graduate with major in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology industry
• Familiar with application development environments/languages e.g. Java, JavaScript, Objective-C etc.
• Familiar with JAVA application server such as Apache Tomcat etc.
• Familiar with API communication methods such as REST, SOAP, XML etc.
• Familiar with RDBMS administration and operation i.e. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL etc.
• Familiar with mobile application development environments/languages in iOS and Android
• Experience with one or more directories such as Active Directory, LDAP, IAM system is a plus
• Sound knowledge with Big Data technologies such as BI, CRM etc. is a plus
• Sound knowledge with security technologies such as encryption, MFA authentications is a plus
• Hands-on experience of successfully managing large and complex IT projects is a plus
• Certificate holder of PMP, CISSP or CISA will have added advantage but is not mandatory
• Mature and able to work independently
• Singaporean only

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring and development of a Thailand sales organization and drive the development of sales strategies
• Responsible to develop the channel strategy and recruitment as well as business planning to achieve the targets
• Maintain the relationship with the key clients and develop the new opportunities in the markets
• Analysing business planning, sales activities as well as the market situation to drive the sales revenue to achieve the objectives
• Hiring, training and coaching sales team. Develop strategic vision, objectives, financial budgets and forecasts. Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
• Develop global pricing and revenue generation to deliver to the agreed business plan
• Identify industry and market trends, maintaining keen awareness of industry partner and competitor movements and activities
• Work closely with Thailand sales team to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and execute lead programs
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
• Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
• Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions for high-profile customers and channel partners
• Responsible for the sales of company’s Credential Management, Strong Authentication and Single Sign-On solutions through our distributor and channel partners in Thailand
• Develop and implement action plans with channel partners to achieve and exceed the sales objectives
• Work closely with our distributor and channel partners to nurture new businesses and build a sustainable and strong sales pipeline

Additional Information/ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• At least 5-8 years’ IT software and/or services sales experience with a proven track record in Key Account Sales in Banking and FSI Sector
• Familiarity with solution consultation specializes in Software solution selling methodologies would be advantages
• Previous experience in enterprise security solution selling with specialization in Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM)
• At least 5 years in the IT channel sales experience and preferably with IAM background
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills i.e. strong coverage and relationship, preferably C-/ EVP/ FVP level in the Major Banks and FSI Sector to achieve sales goals
• Singaporean only
