Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources
• Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in operational HR/Shared Service platform
• Understanding of HR technology landscape, including HRIS, payroll, recruitment, and performance management systems is ideal/advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures for financial, operational and compliance processes.
• Evaluate IT General Computer controls (ITGC) and Application controls for compliance with organisational policies, industry regulatory standards and best practices.
• Perform any additional assignments (including advisory reviews and investigations) as directed by the Head of Internal Audit or a delegate.
• Document clear and concise audit work papers to sufficiently support audit conclusions reached.
• Prepare and present the audit report to management and relevant stakeholders, with clear write-up of findings, risks and value-adding recommendations.
• Track the implementation of remediation actions and follow-up on outstanding audit issues.
• Assist in rolling-out of the company’s continuous auditing program through data analytics.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA) are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business process, IT general controls, internal auditing standards, and data analytics and visualisation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within the internal audit and across departments.
• Proficiency in audit software and tools, familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools (R, SAS, ACL, IDEA, QlikView, Tableau, SpotFire, etc.) and databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (20-40%).
