• MSO approval

1. Monitor Preventive Maintenance Routine (PMR) for tools and machineries

• PIC of Operations Department in the absence of Operations Manager
• In-line with OME’s direction and policies that include but not limited to:

1. Monitor Production Staffs’ discipline and working attitude
2. Propose initiatives to enhance productivity
3. Be tactful and innovative in dealing with internal and external customers
4. Ensure that safety is implemented at all times when working in workshop, shipyard or offshore
5. Comply with quality standards and requirements of OME at all times
6. Comply with protection of environment and health & safety policies of OME at all times
7. Adhere to ‘no wastage’ policy of OME in terms of material and manpower assignment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing marine construction operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of vessel operations, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the marine industry.
• Ability to innovate and adopt new technologies.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
