Manage all club activities and analyze all financial performance and organize work for all internal resources and recommend solution to increase productivity of club.

Design all financial plans and budgets and maintain inventory of all club equipments and supplies and implement all company programs according to club policy.

Develop all profit and loss statements for club and prepare required operating plan for same and implement all improvement strategies for club and supervise achievement of all club objectives.

Administer all profit and losses for club and prepare monthly reports for same and maintain good professional relationships with all members to recommend solutions to all issues and hire and evaluate staff performance.

Train all staff member, conduct various planning sessions and prepare reports for all staff performance in club and organize weekly meetings to design effective strategies to achieve all club objectives.

Provide development coaching to all members and prepare director reports for seniors and collaborate with human resource department to implement all training programs.

Oversee all training sessions of staff and ensure compliance to all loss prevention and human resources policies and assign all departmental head for various club duties and resolve all employee pay issues.

Develop and maintain an effective team culture at all times and prepare schedule for shift coverage and evaluate everyday activities of club and ensure cleanliness at all times.

Provide optimal level of customer services to all guests and administer all payrolls and ensure compliance to budget.

Prepare and approve all cash management reports according to required standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company.
• Attend and arrange for rehearsals and work with other performer.
• Work with performers to fine-tune performance.
• Keep and update weekly routine performances.
• Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards.
• In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management.
• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers.
• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters Requirements.
• Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia.
• 3 to 4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager.
• Able to communicate well with the performers.
• Has experience as Performer is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous.
• Strong stage experience.

· Perform on stage in front of a live audience.

· Attend rehearsals and confer with other band members.

Job Description

Support chef and kitchen operations in ensuring the efficient preparation for all aspects in the kitchen

Assist in manage and handle all purchase requests, market list order and recipe costing

Assist in food production from start and get delivered to the table; be in control of the step-by-step preparation to ensure highest food quality are met

Adhere to all standards of food presentation, production, and portioning controls.

Complies and ensures food hygiene policies are strictly adhered

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary work areas.

Provide accurate recipes with appropriate training to the junior staff/cooks enabling them to deliver consistent food product.

Estimate food consumption to schedule purchases and requisition of raw materials. Minimize waste and spoilage to expenses in line with budget.

Prepare efficient daily work list and train the cooks to produce mise en place with sense of priority and time management

Be willing to undertake additional duties and responsibilities of work outside the normal daily routine but within the overall job scope of this position

Job Description

To support the Admin Manager in the day-to-day management of the reception, administration and others supporting duties.

Reception duties

• Attend to incoming calls
• Attend to visitors and handle all enquiries
• Manage the auto-gate intercom and the public address system
• Attend to all incoming faxes and mails from letterbox
• Maintain a good filing system and records.

Administrative duties

• Handle the admission, discharge, booking and coordination of transport for the residents
• Arrange for financial counselling
• Ensure that the residents’ records are updated and properly maintained
• Ensure all charges are correctly keyed into the CURA System before invoices are generated
• Send out invoices and track accounts receivables
• Generate receipts upon receiving payment
• Prepare day end report
• Update E bed status in IRMS
• Update residents’ hospitalization and home leave
• Coordinate and email prescriptions to Polyclinics
• Coordinate with family for subsidy application and for the social report
• Renew HHMT
• Update RAF
• Draft letter to payer for changes in RAF, to be signed by the Operations Manager
• Coordinate with doctor for PGDAS, IDAPE, Eldershield, memo for discharge and medical report for subsidy application

Other duties

• Coordinate with the Nursing Department for the services and consumables required and used by the residents and ensure that all these items are keyed into the CURA System, as well as any special meals ordering
• Coordinate with the Nurse Managers for bed assessment and functional status report for subsidy application
• Coordinate with the Physiotherapists for PT report for purpose of subsidy application
• Email discharge notice to respective nursing level
• Handle client’s feedbacks and re-direct the feedback to the respective Departmental Head
• Print of wound photos sticker labels and prescriptions
• Attend to resident/family needs (e.g. purchase of ripple mattress and additional PT session)

Job Requirements

• Possess “O” Level / "A" Level Certificate or a Diploma in Business or its equivalent
• Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the Nursing Home or healthcare industry
• Able to work on alternate Saturday
• Able to work onsite in Bukit Panjang.
