Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technical skills framework for employees.
• Collaborate with line managers to identify training needs and key skills required at each level.
• Identify and create on-the-job training (OJT) checklists based on the required skills and competencies.
• Source relevant courses or external skill frameworks based on the specific needs and challenges of each role
• Review and manage the Training Matrix in alignment with the established skills framework.
• Coordinate the Training Matrix review process with Learning Leads.
• Develop a training matrix for non-technical roles, categorized by function.
• Design a development program for people managers based on identified learning needs.
• Support the creation of an eLearning course for Managers.
• Work with vendors to facilitate the review and development of training materials.
• Create and manage courses, programs, audiences, and campaigns to automate the assignment of training when needed.
• Maintain and update courses, programs, audiences, and campaigns to ensure ongoing automation of training assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Learning and Development or Project Management role.
• A degree in Business or a related field, or an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment/Learning and Performance.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and practices.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
