This role will direct and shape the student experience at Dulwich College (Singapore) in the area of Global Citizenship. JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance. • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to team activities, performance and facility operations. Prepare and submit regular financial, operational and governance reports to senior management. Ensure the sub-region is audit-ready.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of six years of related experience and/or training. Bachelor's degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior Supervisory experience required and candidates with both soft & hard services experience, are preferred. .

It will be beneficial if candidates have team & facilities management experience across all five (5) countries of the sub-region. Given the strategic importance of the Philippines and Singapore sites, candidates with experience managing teams in both of these countries, is preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

Facility Management certification preferred. Driver's license may be required.

Eyelash Application and Services:

• Apply individual and volume eyelash extensions according to client preferences and lash health.
• Perform lash lifts and tints with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and any potential allergies or sensitivities.
• Recommend the best lash style and length based on the client’s eye shape, natural lash condition, and preferences.

Client Consultation and Care:

• Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for all clients.
• Educate clients on lash care routines and aftercare to ensure the longevity and health of the lashes.
• Address any client questions or concerns regarding lash treatments and products.
• Maintain a client-focused approach to foster repeat business and client loyalty.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety guidelines, including the proper sterilization of tools and equipment.

• Monitor inventory levels of lash products and supplies, and report any shortages to the studio manager.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate client records, including lash treatment history and preferences.
• Schedule client appointments and handle bookings as needed.

The position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounts department. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, capable of managing accounting record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing accounting data, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Processing vendor invoices, staff & ministries claims, payments and reconciling accounts.
3. Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
5. Provide necessary support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: Certificate/Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:1-3 years of experience in finance roles.
  Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage.
