RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers and platform team to implement and support data distribution solution.
• Design an optimal onboarding process with clear visibility of the various life cycle of a product.
• Contribute, influence, and validate the design of data distribution solutions to ensure they meet both business and operational needs.
• Perform data access control operations to ensure data ingested and distributed comply with enterprise data governance and data handling standards.
• Lead the dataset registration conversation with business and metadata team to ensure that the dataset are properly registered.
• Document the business requirements clearly.
• Perform user acceptance testing on the data distribution channel and ensure that it meets the requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in assigned area of work.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in as a platform engineer or software engineer.
• Good understanding of the principles, key controls and processes relating to data management, as well as data integration and data distribution.
• Familiarity with data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and data virtualization technology such as Denodo will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skill with passion in complex problem solving.
• Basic coding skill will be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skill to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
• Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementation methodology and/or Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of the award ceremony
• Liaising and coordinating with vendors, recipients and guests, printing of materials, updating databases
• Management of RSVP and logistics arrangements of invitees
• Adhoc assistance to the organising committee for the successful execution of the award ceremony including coordination for video shoots and other publicity matters involving award recipients
• Contract role is for a 5 months period and the selected candidate will be solely working on 1 Award Ceremony event
• Contract is open to extension as a permanent role as an Events Coordinator with us after completion of contract with our clients

WORKING HOURS

• 5 days work week (9.30am - 6.30pm)
• Work from home 2 - 3 days a week (subjected to adjustments nearer to event day)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 1 year of event coordination / event administration experience (Relevant experience with school events / internship / part-time work may be considered)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Works well in a team and has great initiatives
• Independent learner
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
• Qualification of at least a Diploma in Business or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in all phases of the design process, from user research to prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build design systems, and create innovative, user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Conduct user research and integrate both qualitative and quantitative feedback into design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI kits.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to internal and external teams.
• Stay current with design trends and recommend new tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Min 8 years of experience is required in UI/UX Design.
• Degree in Information Technology, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, and XD.
• Experience with building design systems and UI Kits.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A solid portfolio showcasing design work that aligns with project objectives.

Preferred:

• Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
