Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including travel agencies, tourism boards, and corporate clients, to grow long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing strategies to support business goals and drive leads through effective channels.
• Conduct research on tourism trends, identifying new opportunities to collaborate with international and local partners to expand our reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing and partnership initiatives, providing insights to improve campaigns and optimise strategies.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to source new leads and build connections within the tourism sector.
• Oversee CRM strategies to ensure strong relationship management with partners, improving retention and encouraging repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account management, or business development, preferably within tourism or hospitality.
• Proven experience working with travel agencies, corporate partners, or tourism boards.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and partnership marketing in the B2B space.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and influence partners.

This role involves managing financial operations across Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group standards. You will contribute to financial reporting, system optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to support informed decision-making and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Establish and maintain accounting standards for Singapore and overseas entities in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations, including general ledger preparation, consolidation reports, and statutory filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for both local and group requirements.

System Integration and Process Optimization

• Assist in the integration of company accounts into the headquarters' accounting framework.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and develop financial systems tailored to overseas operations.
• Continuously optimize financial processes and regulations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance and Coordination

• Manage local and overseas financial operations, including tax declarations and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a liaison to ensure financial practices meet regulatory standards across jurisdictions.

Strategic Financial Support

• Work closely with project teams to understand financial needs and provide data-driven support for analysis and decision-making.
• Contribute to strategic planning and provide insights for business development through financial expertise.

Ad-Hoc Assignments

• Handle additional duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, prior experience in the gaming or technology industry is highly advantageous.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including experience in a professional firm and in-house finance.
• Proficiency in financial tools and software, including Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools, SQL, and VBA is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and Maintain Bookkeeping Standards:
  Develop and establish accounting standards for Singapore and other overseas entities, to ensure the compliance with local and group financial reporting and tax filing needs.
• Accounting Automation Management:
  Identify and prioritize automation needs, lead the automation and implementation of financial systems from 0 to 1.
• Financial Reporting:
  Review Singapore's accounts and handle comprehensive accounting matters for other overseas entities, including but not limited to GL preparation, standalone reports or consolidation reports issuance, and other FR related statutory filings.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Stay updated with overseas local regulations and ensure compliance with all local reporting and filing requirements. Liaise with external auditors and corporate secretaries and regulatory bodies as needed.
  Oversee the connection between accounting, financial reporting, and tax declarations, ensuring an understanding of their interrelations and overall compliance of regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation:
  Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization, lead the strategic planning development and implementation
• Team Management:
  Continuously develop the skills and knowledge of the finance team, and provide tailored tasks to enhance team capabilities, driving overall team growth.
• Ad-hoc Duties:
  Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Group Accounting team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or any related field.
• For Finance Manager: Minimum 8-10 years of working experience, including experience in a professional firm and in-house financial, with experience in handling more comprehensive financial matters, financial reporting, and tax declarations.
• For Head of Finance: 10+ years of experience with demonstrated expertise in financial management, including senior leadership roles overseeing complex, multinational financial structures.
• Strong experience in handling complex financial transactions and comprehensive accounting operations.
• Proven ability to lead the standardization and automation of financial processes, particularly for overseas regulations.
• Experience in business planning, with a proven ability to lead and execute plans effectively.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing, as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders.
• Familiarity with office software such as Excel, PPT; proficiency in BI, SQL, VBA, and other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities, self-motivation, responsibility, resilience.
• Effective communication and team management skills, with a focus on coordinating overseas operations and facilitating collaboration between headquarters and overseas entities.
