What’s the job?

Develop new sales opportunities, build a robust sales platform and manage assigned account base in order to generate revenue and maximise performance both for the short and long term in line with sales target. Conducts active market research and intelligence for the hotel to provide feedback on competitors, market trends and identifying new business potentials. To maintain flexibility to perform other duties and projects as required and as directed by leadership team as deemed necessary to support Hotel’s overall business objectives.

Your day to day

• Research market place and pursue opportunities for potential new accounts
• Manage assigned account base to exceed targets for total revenue
• Develop and maintain contact with key decision makers, influencers, meeting planners, event organisers, associations and other producers closely aligned to each business unit
• Monitor and report on sales activity undertaken and measurement of results through maintaining of accurate records in the sales tools and action plans
• Act as a trusted business advisor by clients; ensure that commitments are met and value is delivered
• Planning and preparation for overseas sales visit, trade fairs, educational or familiarization groups to promote the hotel and develop potential business

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of cleaners & team lead in carrying out cleaning works and maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas.

- To oversee and plan work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and residential establishments

- Able to perform cleaning jobs / hand on whenever required for homes and offices assignment.

- Handle feedback and complaints, respond to customer’s request promptly.

- To take regular inventory check of cleaning supplies and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure seamless execution of daily cleaning activities

- To train new / existing site staff where applicable.

Requirements:

- Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent

- Candidates with minimum 3 years experience in cleaning or related field are preferred

Orientation started and introduced all the artiste crews’ members to each other; daily performance gets ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.

2. Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

3. Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

4. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes monthly and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).

5. Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.

6. Ensuring the overall discipline level among the band members in conforming to rules and regulations.

7. Enforcing discipline and accept zero tolerance.

8. Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings.

9. Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

10. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

11. Interpret music or dance and perform in production.

12. Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

13. Share her stage experience with the other junior artiste.

14. Negotiating contracts and fee, booking venue and handling publicity.

15. Foster and strengthen teamwork.

The Structural Steelwork Inspection Manager is responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality assurance of structural steelwork in compliance with the SAC-SINGLAS. This role involves managing inspection teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in all inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:
   • Lead and manage a team of structural steel inspectors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of inspection activities.
   • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the inspection team.
   • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality inspection outcomes.
2. Inspection and Quality Assurance:
   • Oversee the inspection of structural steelwork, ensuring compliance with SAC-Singlas standards and project specifications.
   • Review and approve detailed inspection reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
   • Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality workmanship.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure all inspection activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and SAC-Singlas accreditation requirements.
   • Maintain comprehensive records of all inspection activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
   • Prepare and present detailed reports to project stakeholders, highlighting inspection findings and recommended improvements.
4. Project Coordination:
   • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of inspection activities.
   • Develop and manage inspection schedules, ensuring timely completion of inspection tasks in line with project timelines.
   • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections promptly and effectively.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in inspection and quality assurance.
   • Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the inspection process.
   • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with SAC-Singlas standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural steelwork inspection, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in welding inspection (e.g., AWS SCWI or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Certification in non-destructive testing methods (e.g., ASNT Level III or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAC-Singlas Structural Steelwork Inspection, local building codes, and industry regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using inspection software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
