• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.

Experience:

• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
   • Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to understand market needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
2. Brand Management and Positioning:
   • Enhance and maintain a strong brand presence in the outsourcing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) market.
   • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
3. Lead Generation:
   • Optimize lead generation and conversion through data-driven strategies and marketing automation tools.
   • Monitor and analyze website performance and user engagement to improve digital presence.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
   • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
   • Use insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
5. Campaign Management:
   • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting key industries and decision-makers.
   • Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
6. Partnership Marketing:
   • Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to expand marketing reach.
7. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
   • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
   • Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
8. Metrics and Reporting:
   • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
   • Use KPIs such as ROI, lead-to-client conversion rates, and brand engagement to demonstrate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the outsourcing or BPO industry.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and brand-building campaigns.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of global marketing trends and cultural nuances.
