• Ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally (sub-contractors, clients).
• Good technical communication – verbal, written and graphical, with ability to deliver explanations of design details and construction sequences clearly.
• Ability to understand the structural behaviour and variability and model it in analysis with sufficient complexity.
• Ability to account for construction dependencies and sequencing in the design of viaducts and Bridges .
• Sound understanding of and hands-on experience with commonly used structural analysis software.
• Demonstrated familiarity with local design regulations and working within them.

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (with appropriate experience);
• Preferably with a M.Sc. or M.Eng. in Structural Engineering .
• Competent in 2D and 3D analysis tools, Eurocodes and familiar with LTA and BCA standards;
• Minimum 6 years relevant design experience in Bridges and Viaducts within a technical consultancy;
• Experience in working collaboratively in seamless teams to build consensus and confidence and able to interface with other discipline leads;
• Very good experience in Elevated MRT / Road Projects

What you'll be doing

• Organise and maintain schedule, coordinating meetings with key stakeholders and preparing necessary materials
• Manage travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries, and process expense reports accurately and promptly
• Act as a professional point of contact, facilitating communication and follow-ups with internal and external parties
• Handle sensitive documents, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations
• Respond to urgent matters and assist with task prioritization to support the executive’s commitments effectively
