The Job

• In charge of all Leasing sales for the company
• Work along with the team to build and maintain a strong and competent Leasing Sales Team
• Administer the Leasing Agreement; Buy & Sell the commercial vehicles
• Ensure the company continue to acquire new sales, achieving monthly and yearly sales target
• Strategize and find new channels for sales development to increase revenue and profitability
• Explore strategies to build long term relationship with potential and existing customers
• Ensure high standard for customer service and deal with service recovery whenever necessary
• Ensure that all post-sales related issues, including of any recall by vehicle manufacturer are well handled
