Job Responsibilities:

· Support the annual asset verification cum asset write-off exercise in preparation for office relocation

· Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues faced during the asset verification exercises conducted using RFID technology

· Support the asset tagging exercise post office relocation

· Assist with asset management transactions/postings in Workday and Digital Workplace Asset Management System, reconciliations, etc

· Any other ad hoc assignments e.g. liaise with auditors on asset matters, etc

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.

· Experience in government sector with expertise in asset management.

· Proficient in WorkDay & Digital Workplace Asset Management System

Job Description:

• To provide cleaning service to guest rooms and respond to guest requests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance with hotel-established standards
• To clean guest floors and surrounding service areas following the standard required by our Hotel
• Welcome guests on-site when working and ensure they feel that you care for them. You do not have to be cleaning their rooms to say hello
• To be committed in conserving natural resources and preserving the quality of the environment in which we operate
• Check and verify the room status report.
• Clean, inspect & release rooms to “Vacant / Clean” status following hotel procedure. Clean all the rooms for which you are responsible in the time allocated.
• Ensure that all requests by guests are attended to.
• Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley, and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift. Ensure that equipment is in good working order
• Know how to use the cleaning products (dosages and conditions of use)
• To attend to guest requests efficiently.
• Ensure that the guest’s personal effects are safe
• To tidy and pack floor panties neatly
• Check the quality of the work completed using the hotel’s internal self-inspection sheet

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar roles within a Hotel environment
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant is to provide excellent customer service to guests and the general public and perform office administrative duties at the THKMC CS office.

Receptionist Duties

• Greet and attend to guests and visitors at THKMC CS with a positive and helpful attitude
• Handle phone calls and follow up on enquiries promptly and in a professional manner
• Sorting and distribution of mails
• Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and clean, with sufficient amenities provided.

Office Administrative Duties

• Order of office supplies. Eg stationery, pantry snacks etc
• Issuance of stationery to staff
• Updating of CS staff and Centre directories
• Arrangement of courier service
• Any other administrative duties as and when assigned

• Minimum ITE Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience
• Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
• A team player with a good attitude and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and able to provide good customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy

Job Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.

· Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders.
