INFORMATION:

Provide technical support on product offerings and solutions to the customers.

Ensure proposed solution meets the local authority requirements, and accordingly to tender specifications.

Work closely with consultants, integrators/ contractors, and distributors to offer customers.

Plan and manage pre-sale activities including pricing, material specifications study and out-sourcing works.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Study and proposes alternative solutions, specifications deviation from inquiry documents.

Work on project tender specifications, attend site for survey and assist integration proposal.

Discuss with inquirers on specifications change especially on installation design.

Generate project cost estimation, identifies new vendors / suppliers / contractors for optimum cost.

Work with sales team to generate detailed project proposals, quotations & technical documents.

Identify customer needs by focusing on promotional activities/ target group/building project pipeline.

Plan, execute marketing engagement for the target group to identify new business opportunities.

Work with vendors to provide competitive solution and identify opportunities for business growth.

Provide report of promotional activities and sales leads/forecast to share market intelligence.

Conducting regular training seminars in conjunction with product marketing managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering,

At least 6 years of relevant experience;

Knowledge in power products, e.g. Power Systems, UPS systems, switchgear, voltage components.

Understand architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints and electronic control systems.

Knowledge in site installation works and requirements preferred.

WORKING HOURS / LOCATION

5 day work week

8.30am to 5.15pm

Location in Jurong

1. Establish clear, effective and well-organised investment processes that is focused on ethical standards and appropriate internal controls;
2. formulate investment recommendations based on own research and analysis and from recommendations of the Company's investment analysts;
3. perform regular administration duties of all investment files;
4. attend annual meeting quarterly financial statement and keep current with important valation or policy changes;
5. manage and uphold relationships with financial institutions and business associates;
6. analyse and determine the appropriate investment strategies for the Company;
7. develop and manage the Company's investment team to handle the investment related works of the Company;
8. provide expert knowledge of all investment and financial activities of the Company and manage project portfolios;
9. develop, evaluate and review deal-flow and project pipeline against investment strategy, risk budget and other investment criteria on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal and timely investment and performance;
10. review and develop recommendations as to appropriate benchmarks for asset allocation; and
11. perform and deliver financial, commercial, risk, tax and legal due diiligences on the projects and recommend appropriate course of action.
