· Lead on all M&E Quantity Surveyor related matters

· Responsible for the full suite of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines;

· Formulate procurement strategy; prepare tender documentations, cost reports and cost plans; administer tender process; evaluate tenders and submit tender recommendation reports;

· Review variation request order; assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report; process of progress payment and final account;

· Work closely with the Project Team to provide cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.

We are seeking a dynamic Production Support Specialist with recent experience in Java J2EE applications to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Support and Maintenance:

· Provide support for Java J2EE applications, ensuring smooth operation and resolving issues promptly.

· Troubleshoot and debug web applications, batch jobs, and middleware services like JBoss.

· Work with databases such as MariaDB and use SQL queries for troubleshooting and analysis.

2. Technical Expertise:

· Utilize Unix commands and scripting for routine operations.

· Manage job scheduling tools, MQ setup, and Connect:Direct (C:D) configurations.

· Monitor and maintain applications to meet defined SLAs.

3. Collaboration and Problem-Solving:

· Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.

· Take ownership of tasks and follow through to resolution with a focus on quality.

4. Continuous Improvement:

· Stay updated with industry trends and developed knowledge of the banking domain (if applicable).

· Exhibit a willingness to learn and expand technical skills, including shell scripting and job scheduling.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• A bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

Technical Skills:

• Recent experience working with Java J2EE applications.

• Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience with:

· SQL (query writing and analysis).

· Linux/Unix commands and environments.

· Web applications, batch jobs, and middleware tools like JBoss.

• Familiarity with job scheduling, MQ setup, and Connect:Direct configurations is a plus.

• Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous.

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.

Responsibilities

• Assist to plan and organize various activities, including but not limited to birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and social dinners, including reservations and arrangements
• Provide additional administrative support, including but not limited to administrative tasks during travel, property rental administration, and medical arrangements and accompaniment
• Calendar Management of Senior Management including travel management and planning
• Organise and schedule meetings and events, including arrangement of venues, preparing agendas and materials

Technical Competencies:

APIs: Knowledge of API integration, including SOAP, RESTful APIs, and AJAX calls.

Tools: Experience with version control and build tools like GIT, SVN, Jenkins, Bamboo, and JIRA.

Data Formats: Proficiency in handling JSON, CSV, and XML.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of development experience, including object-oriented development during projects or coursework.

JavaScript Framework: Angular JS

Web Technologies: Strong understanding of web markup languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Familiarity with server-side CSS preprocessing platforms like LESS and SASS.

Asynchronous Handling: Experience with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and techniques to address them.

API Development: Competency in creating RESTful APIs using frameworks like Express.js.

SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and experience with tools such as GIT, SVN, Jenkins, Bamboo, and JIRA.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ownership: Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of responsibility for tasks and projects.

· Report to Job Sites, Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.

· In charge of coordinating and liaising with Contractors at Job-Site

· Monitor project status and report back to Project Manager(PM)

· Attend site meetings with consultants;

· Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

· Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;

· Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;

· Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;

· Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Summary

We are looking for people for flyer distribution and limited door-to-door canvassing in an office building for a fixed-term project.

Updating sales database (Excel/Sheets)

The job is on a per-hour basis with a minimum 5 hours per week. Promotion to full-time sales rep based on performance is a strong possibility.
