• Lead and implement talent acquisition strategies locally and overseas to align with business objectives and market trends

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Human Resources
• 8 - 10 years of experience in the HR field with minimum 8 years in Talent Acquisition related roles
• Proficient in recruitment with proven track record and exposure managing and leading a team of recruiters
• Experience in data-driven approach to problem solving and good analytical skills
• Driven and strategic with a strong operational/ implementation background and good business acumen
• Skilled in multi-tasking, capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the project management processes for engineering and construction related works.
• Manage and /or monitoring project schedules, cost and risk.
• Implement integrated Project Management Information Systems and use of industry standard tools and software platforms for project control.
• Co-ordinate discussions among various project design teams, clients and to achieve project objectives and goals.
