Bellhop will be responsible to greet the guests upon their arrival at the Hotel, offering assistance to carry the luggage's and directing them to the reception counter for check-in.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Open vehicle doors for incoming and outgoing guests/patrons.
• Count number of pieces of luggage received and confirm with the guests to ensure that no luggage is missing.
• See that the Front driveway is clear at all times.

• Use security netting to secure large number of luggages for storage upon request.
• Hand any lost articles left in the Lobby to the Superior.
• Be careful not to damage the lift walls or corridor walls when using the trolley.
• Maintain the conditions of the equipment, e.g. polishing
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide efficient telephone services by answering calls promptly and in a courteous and helpful manner.

2. Receive, acknowledge and relay all incoming calls on the switchboard and telephone in the department to the parties concerned in a fast, accurate and courteous manner.

Job Purpose

To maximise project margin and add value to the project/ work process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting. To drive best value from suppliers and subcontractors. To carry out monthly financial reviews on projects and forecast final outturn values for cost, sales and margin. Maximise value of monthly applications and measurement and submission of contract variations. Timely submission and negotiation of final accounts to the client / main contractor and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Surveying:

• Prepare tender and contract documentation including collection and checking for completeness of documents for submission of tender.
• Measure, value, submit including sourcing and negotiate for quotations from sub-contractors/ suppliers.
• Prepare, submit progress claim, variation orders and payment certificates.
• Review subcontracts between company and subcontractors including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures etc including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.
• To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
• Prepare, monitor and analyse project costing and cashflow forecasts.

· Assist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities etc including site visit and attend site meeting, if applicable
• Maintain proper & complete set of contracts documents.
• Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information.
• Prepare material sample board and track procurement delivery.

People Management:

Administration:

· Manage and produce accurate formal reports

Responsibilities:

● Communicate with our clients to understand their current pain points and how AI / machine learning can be applied to improve their bottom line. This can include discussions with clients’ management, information technology team, or specialists from other fields (such as logistics).

● Work with other R&D team members both in Singapore and abroad to develop proofs-of-concept of solutions and present it to our clients.

● Together with other R&D team members and partner organizations, develop said proofs-of-concept into systems capable of handling large volumes of data in production environments.

● Keep up with technology developments related to AI, machine learning, and engineering of large-scale software systems.

Requirements:

● At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
