The Software Engineer is responsible to develop software based on design requirements and ensure software and subroutines are working to specification, program codes have conformed to standards and are delivered with quality meeting schedule and requirements.

Project Delivery

• Analyse process/program specifications & translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices

• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits

• Develop unit test package, execute tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program

• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test ( UAT) & implementation activities to fix the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment

• Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently

• Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.

• Analyse functional requirements to translate into application design using established design methodologies and guidelines

• Ensure codes comply with Company’s security guidelines

Team Work

• Work with team lead to ensure design and programme codes conform to architecture and design standards, and that design satisfies functional and system requirements

• Participate in requirements gathering; work with Business Analysts in reviewing and refining functional specifications

• Participate in peer reviews to improve project quality

Job requirements:

· Typically 5 years’ experience with substantial project work in software development

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems or equivalent

• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high quality standards
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to think out of the box
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy

• Proficient in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Design engaging ecommerce platform digital assets including social media post, email campaigns and website banner
• Design and develop offline marketing materials such as brochures, banners and posters
• Work closely with the team to develop and execute online marketing materials for promotions on ecommerce platforms
• Any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Visual Communication with major in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in photo and video production
• Creative, responsible, and good communication skills
• A good team player but works independently when required
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently against deadlines

• Oversee all architectural works on site

• Attend meeting with client’s representative and consultants and prepare minutes of meeting

• Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and able to manage the contractors

• Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings(construction/shop drawings, as-built etc) in relation to the project Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference

• Check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts with the Consultant and Contractor drawings

• Consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties

• Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines.

• Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.

• To ensure compliance with all the authorities' requirements such as BCA, URA, Npark, PUB, and other authorities’ requirements.

• To participate in Gebiz to find out the suitable tender for the archi team and try to contact other archi companies for the different panels to qualify for the tender

• Build up the name of RJC

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Recognised Degree in Architectural Discipline

• 3-5 years experience in architectural finishing works in Singapore

• Competent in Autocad/BIM
