• Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety procedures, liaising with MOM and other regulatory bodies.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular site readiness drills.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of inspections, training sessions, incidents, and monthly safety performance reports.
• Communication: Act as the safety liaison between management and workers, fostering a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Valid WSHO (Workplace Safety and Health Officer) certification recognized by MOM.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of WSH regulations and site safety practices in Singapore.
• Proficient in report writing, record-keeping, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
