• Analyst for regional IT solutions for Data & Process Analytics Systems
• The analyst is responsible for the regional supervision and the further development of global IT Data & Process Analytics systems according to the Getinge Group IT strategy and the requirements of the regional business stakeholders.
• Supervision and development of the regional key user community of Data & Process Analytics in APAC & MEA
• Management of communication between global IT organization and regional business stakeholder

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Technical support and consulting for internal customers/ power users for Data & Process Analytics Systems.
• Develop and execute key and power user trainings for Data & Process Analytics Systems.
• Development of IT concepts and proposed solutions.
• Customer support for technical questions and support topics.
• Analysis of business processes and planning their optimization and adaptation.
• Project Management.
• Data modelling and testing support.
• Manage and guide assigned external resources

Requirements:

• Degree in business, information technology or other relevant disciplines
• More than 5 years’ experience Data & Process Analytics Systems in an international company
• Technical Skills:

_Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concepts.

_Expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.

_Experience with Microsoft Azure.

_Coding experience with SQL and DAX.

_Data modelling and report development.

_Requirements gathering and support tasks.

• Business experience building reports using SAP ERP and/or SalesForce as source applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese

The role is responsible for building relationship with key stakeholders, managing the assigned product portfolio and achieving/ exceeding annual sales quota.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-sales product presentation & demonstration that cater to different stakeholders.
• Develop and execute an in-service program on the proper use and maintenance of Surgical equipment.
• Provide sales and application support to the existing accounts and acquire new customers in assigned territory.
• Plan and provide onsite support for equipment trials in hospitals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather insights to develop effective sales strategies.
• Master product knowledge to facilitate OR project planning and product configuration according to customers’ requirements using Getinge 3D simulation tool.
• Manage project sales cycle from sales funnel building to completion of installation with close collaboration from service and project team.
• Promote the use of operating tables and surgical equipment through workshops, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
• Identify & develop KOL in respective business areas.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations and analyzing buyer profiles to enhance sales performance.
• Work closely with sales, and support teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Strictly adhere to company’s ethic & compliance guidelines.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Biomedical engineering, Biotechnology, Marketing, Nursing or a related field.
• At least 1 -2 years of working experience in a similar role for the medical device or a related field.
• Prior sales or project management experience in Surgical Workplaces will be an advantage.
• Ability to attend cases and provide sales & application support in the OR environment.
• Willing to travel and working on weekends as needed.
