• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder (incl. technical supervisors) executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Supervision of demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and all other design works
• To manage & coordinate with the site supervisors (incl. RTO) with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works
• Possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in supervision of Hospital and Architecture work
• Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES is a must, candidate without RE certificate need not apply

Job Description

· Prepare Accounting Reports for Local/Oversea company as assigned

· Assist in regional report checking and compliance activity

· Apply principles of accounting to analyse financial information for local and oversea company and assist in Consolidation works

Main Responsibilities

1. Accounting works for - Local & Oversea Company as assigned

· Handle full set of accounts for local or oversea entity assigned;

· Assist when necessary, and review works done by accounts receivable team to ensure timely and accurate revenue reports;

· Assist when necessary, and review works done by accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate payments and reports;

· Process journal entries timely according to accounting standard and company policy adapted;

· Update accounting data to ensure information are accurate and available whenever needed;

· Preparation financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, etc), handle bank reconciliation;

· Prepare monthly profit & loss reports for entities, performance analysis and variance investigation and reporting;

· Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, handle annual audit & tax enquiries from auditor and tax agent;

· Assist with other accounting projects.

2. Assist in regional report checking and compliance activity

· Handle ad-hoc tasks in checking (remotely or on-site) accounting records, internal process/control, cash management as assigned and present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations

· Assist in review local and oversea accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved and make recommendation;

· Assist in assess the efficiency and productivity of accounting staff and make recommendations for improvement;

· Assist in review, design, implementation of new accounting control for local or oversea entity

3. Apply principles of accounting to analyse financial information for local and oversea company and assist in Consolidation works

· Assist Group Accountant in Consolidation of Monthly financial reports, budget, variance comparison, board meeting.

· Assist in Audit and Tax review for local and oversea entities

· Assist in Board meeting, other regulatory reporting as and when required.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or other relevant professional certification. Professional qualification such as CAT or ACCA is an added advantage.

· Candidate should have at least 1-3 years of working experiences in finance & accounting role

· Audit experience is an added advantage.

· Experience in financial and management reporting background with F&B and/or retail related business coupled with audit experience in accountancy firms is a plus.

· Familiar with general accounting principles, regulations, compliance requirement, and
