Job Responsibilities:

Strategic

• Perform Spend Analysis to support sourcing strategy and annual plan development
• Perform study of supply market intelligence (market, vendor, product, commodity, etc)
• Drive procurement cost reduction initiatives
• Support the development and drive the implementation of Group Procurement strategies, policies and initiatives
• Contribute to the development of procurement planning processes
• Lead/Manage the procurement processes
• Drive the alignment of Divisional SOP to GPPA and ensure compliance to GPPA

Operation

• Conduct tenders in accordance to Division SOP / GPPA and make recommendations to Tender Committee

• Supplier Classification, Relationship Management and contract management
• Proactively work with Stakeholders and assist in or directly manage spend

• Monitor Strategic / key Suppliers to provide internal notifications and develop risk mitigation scenarios

Responsible Sourcing

• Supplier assessment and due diligence: Conduct assessments and audits of current and potential suppliers to evaluate their compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards. Identify risks and areas for improvement and collaborate with suppliers to drive corrective actions.
• Supplier performance monitoring: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance in responsible sourcing. Regularly monitor and evaluate supplier performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, sustainability, and operations teams, to ensure responsible sourcing practices are integrated into procurement processes.
• Training and awareness: Conduct training programs to educate employees, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders on responsible sourcing practices. Promote awareness and understanding of responsible sourcing throughout the organization.
• Reporting and transparency: Prepare regular reports and metrics to track responsible sourcing performance. Ensure transparency by communicating progress, challenges, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to responsible sourcing, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to implement best practices, innovative approaches, and new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder is responsible for the supervising of high nursing standard care render to the residents in the Residential Home/Hostel & Group Home/Children's Wing.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (80%)

1. Teaching

• Participate in organizing and coordinating in-service education for junior nursing staff
• Participate in developing, designing, customizing, implementing and reviewing nursing standards and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).

2. Clinical Supervision

• Assist in providing continuous learning opportunities to junior staff
• Assist Staff Nurse in medication administration
• Assist Staff Nurse in providing close supervision of junior staff by:

1. Guide to meet appropriate nursing related standards for Basic nursing care Wound management Handling emergency situation
2. Assessing skills competency in junior staff
3. Identifying skills and knowledge deficits in nursing care delivery

3. Administration/ Management
