   • E-Commerce Operations:
     1. Handle day-to-day operations for MJI (APAC ex CN), including order processing, customer service coordination, and platform maintenance
     2. Work closely with the regional logistics and customer service teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction
     3. Ensure that the e-commerce platform operates efficiently and meets the expectations of APAC customers
   • E-Commerce Reporting:
     1. Generate reports and key statistics to provide insights into the management team to drive data-driven decision-making and optimise business outcomes
2. Offline Marketing
   • Prepare and execute new product launches for offline channels with distributor and direct retail partners across APAC
   • Coordinate the planning and execution of successful events that drive brand awareness and engagement
   • Coordinate and support marketing activities with offline channels with distributors and direct retail partners across APAC

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce, focusing on regional markets across SEA or APAC
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour in the APAC region
• Proven ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and manage operational tasks within a dynamic environment
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience with regional e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as shopify
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques specific to the APAC region
• Ability to speak languages relevant to the APAC region would be a plus

Job Description

• Responsible for managing automation/integration library.
• Create and use test cases to assess automation ideas, based on SOC-Internal/client requests and innovative ideas.
• Coordinate with SOC Managers/Directors to adopt and deploy new SOAR automation and playbooks
• Administration of SOAR platforms deployed in SOCaaS client environments
• Develop automation to integrate SOC with business processes.
• Collaborate with the SOC users to understand, suggest workflow optimization and build required playbooks & automations.
• Develop data connectors/integrations for SOAR and SIEM tools.
• Investigate/troubleshoot SOAR system issues and coordinate with relevant vendors to resolve issues.
• Actively participate in weekly cadence to report progress of automation tasks
• Actively participate in the SOCaaS continuous improvement program.
• Actively participate in automation road map design for SOCaaS.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in one or more programming languages: Python, NodeJs, Shell scripting
• Experience with Linux system administration and cloud administration
• Ability to create and maintain test environments required for development tasks
• Ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with great attention to detail
• Ability to function effectively under pressure in time sensitive situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Requires strong decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity is preferred
