MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Carpark Management & System Integration)

EXPECTATIONS

1. Implement responsive marketing strategies and activities that are in line with the organisation’s objectives to achieve business growth.
2. Keep abreast of customer requirements, market conditions and competitors to constantly recommend and implement appropriate changes to the marketing plan, strategies and activities to sustain the company’s competitiveness.
3. Source, survey, collate, analyse and produce timely reports on industry and competitors to provide the company with an accurate and up-to-date picture of the market and emerging trends and challenges.
4. Organise, collate and analyse data from the car park survey to determine the potential revenue of the prospective property/site and recommend the possible rent/license fee for management’s approval.
5. Be an active member by being alert and proactive to new issues in marketing; and ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Research & Information

1.1 Conduct market feasibility survey for potential landlord car parks and information on competitors.

1.2 Monitoring and responding to competitive developments.

1.3 Initiate and co-ordinate market information.

1.4 Source, collate, analyse and update of relevant market data on industry and competitor analysis.

2 Customer Service Administration

2.1 Prepare for quotations request and attend to all related queries.

2.2 Preparation of sales confirmation.

2.3 Take down sales orders.

2.4 Provide administrative support.

2.5 Promote and coordinate advertising space for customers.

3 Monthly and Weekly Reporting

3.1 Prepare/compile monthly & weekly reports.

3.2 Consolidate monthly & weekly reports.

4 Plan and Monitor the achievement of KPIs

4.1 Plan and monitor the achievement of KPIs.

5 Other Duties

5.1 Any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
