A Building Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our BRAND NEW BUILDING. Their duties and responsibilities typically include the following:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee routine maintenance, conduct regular inspections, repairs, cleaning, and adjustments of various systems (e.g., electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, elevators) to ensure all facilities are functioning properly.
2. Manage and oversee cleaning services, landscaping, and waste management.
3. Supervise maintenance staff, cleaners, and security personnel.
4. Address tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
5. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
6. Respond to building emergencies such as power outages, water leaks, or security breaches.
7. Responsible for monitoring fire alarm activation, gas alarm activation, and water leak detection within the mall and Office premises.
8. Eye for detail and reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
9. Monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
