Job Description

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder (incl. technical supervisors) executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility.
• Stack, store, and retrieve goods in designated areas, ensuring proper inventory organization.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and ensure items are stored in the correct locations.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, and logistics staff to coordinate material movement.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packing, labeling, or general housekeeping.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a forklift operator.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license required.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to $2,300 basic + OT pay + variable bonus.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure high level of service standards
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neaness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
