• Assist to craft/arrange floral arrangements and bouquets (including but not limited to hand bouquets, table flowers and centerpieces, hampers)
• Assist to prepare and pack fresh flower arrangements and other materials required for daily maintenance, floral set ups which includes preparing floral containers, required props, floral foam and floral carts for storage, refrigeration and delivery

Programme Officer (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

1) Home’s Programmes

• Assist in coordinating and reviewing programmes and services within the Home.
• Oversee programme plans and timelines to ensure milestones and goals are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programme efforts with strategic priorities.
• Monitor and report on programme performance metrics, addressing challenges and celebrating achievements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration for seamless initiative execution.

2) Secretariat for Subcommittees

Act as Secretariat for the Programmes Subcommittee and Audit Subcommittee, responsible for:

• Coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
• Liaising between subcommittees, stakeholders, and the Management Committee.
• Reviewing and documenting compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring confidentiality.

3) Data Protection Officer (PDPA)

Serve as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Liaising with the PDPC on data protection matters.

4) Other Duties

• Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic outcomes for children.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Senior Head, Residential Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably with knowledge of governance, audit processes, or non-profit operations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Able to work 3 days (up to 24 hours) per week

1. Social Work Programme Development

1.1. Undertake the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes as assigned.

1.2. Work as a team player in developing the programmes and to identify and explore needs of the families in our Community.

1.3. Liaise and work with organisations and partners to facilitate more effective work with families and elderly within our Community.

1.4. Sustain, motivate and work with volunteers in the Centre’s programmes.

2. Casework & Counselling

2.1. Maintain a reasonable caseload.

2.2. Identify and assess the needs of the clients after which, plan and implement appropriate intervention plans with them.

2.3. Support the agency’s casework system including administration, intake, referral, evaluation and closure of cases.

3. Information & Referral

3.1. Provide appropriate information and referral services to people who contacted our Centre for assistance.

3.2. Support the agency’s I&R standard operating system of administration, intake, appropriate referral, outcome follow-up and closure of I&R.

3.3. Network and outreach to the residents and relevant partners in our Community to identify and explore needs of our Community.
