Profile

We are looking for an experienced software development team lead who has had extensive experience as a full stack software developer and has managed small to medium sized teams while delivering software solutions. The individual should have a proven track record of being a strong individual contributor while being able to mentor and guide other members of the team. The candidate should also have demonstrated the ability to ensure that the team consistently meets timelines that were promised. They should excel in dynamic and demanding environments, adeptly managing various priorities, and balancing them with efficiency and focus. Must have

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience·
• Team management: Experience in mentoring and managing a team of 2 to 10 developers. 2+ years·
• PHP: Strong expertise in core PHP, capable of building robust and scalable applications. 5+ years of hands-on·
• SQL: Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries. Capable of designing databases.·
• Git: Expertise in using Git for version control. Understand branching, merging and collaborative workflows.

Nice to have

• Typescript with ReactJS: Hands on experience of building front-end applications with React & typescript.
• Postgresql: Experience in optimizing queries and designing database for Postgresql

Job Description:

• Perform full set accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and audit schedules
• Review invoices posting and process payments
• Intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Review staff claims to ensure it is accurate and supported before payment is made
• Cashflow monitoring
• Handle fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciation
• Prepare corporate tax, liaise with tax agent on the tax filing
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
• Liaise with external auditors on annual audit and attend to queries/requirements
• Analysing financial information and presenting findings
• Handle other ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks as and when required

Job Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting role for account executive.

Responsibilities

• Publicizes events & special promotions
• Developed marketing materials. example: ads and brochures and execute advertising campaigns and promote brand recognition
• Work closely with internal and external Teams to ensure all social media platform is up to dated.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Conduct markets research and identify event opportunities and generate interest for holding events
• Ability to think out of the box for generating new business
• Presents ideas and solutions to meet client’s needs
• Responsible for tender of new projects and servicing of existing projects
• Responsible for Event, Partnership and other Marketing activities
• Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgets
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans
• Budget adherence and tracking
