Job Scope:

• Ensure the cleanliness of pantry, utility areas and meeting rooms items. This includes, but not restricted to:

i. Wash up cups, plates and cutlery including washing of teacup sets etc..

ii. Maintain cleanliness of all the pantry and the pantry storeroom inclusive of the appliance in the pantry such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee machines, surface cleaning of hot drink/water dispensers, basin & etc on daily basis.

iii. Carry out cleaning of refrigerators on a monthly basis.

iv. Daily stocktaking and replenishment of items in all the pantry, meeting rooms and utility area (e.g. biscuits, beverages, stationaries, paper);

v. Monthly stocktaking and update the inventory list of the pantry items and stationery and report to officer in charge when the supplies are running low.

• Ensure operational readiness of meeting facilities and functionality of the pantry and utility areas. This includes, but not restricted to:

i. Setup beverage support such as cups/sauces/beverages & etc/layout of room for the meetings.

ii. Merging of rooms, shifting of furniture / items.

iii. Proficient in preparing and serving hot food/beverages for the Senior Management or Board’s meetings.

iv. To buy lunch/refreshments for the meeting when required which she/he will be reimbursed.

v. Reinstate the room to its original layout after meetings.

vi. Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware in the meeting rooms, pantry, and collaboration areas; and

vii. Conduct daily checks of state of all the meeting rooms, pantry, and utility areas to ensure that the aircon, lights, projects, furniture, clock, stationery, coffee machines, vending machines, printer and other non-IT items are in order. Report to Officer in Charge on any faulty or missing items. At the end of the day, ensure that the lights and projectors are switched off before they go off and perform other duties assigned.

viii. To report all faults to Officer in charge upon detection through the fault reporting channels. Some examples of faults include leaking or choking water fixtures, overflowing litter bins, presence of spillage etc.

• Attend to VIP official functions such as lunches, tea receptions, etc, donning proper attire such as black coat and pants. The tasks would include, but not restricted to:

i. Setup/layout of room.

ii. Prepare and serve food/beverages.

iii. Serve catered food;

iv. Reinstate the room to its original layout after events; and

v. Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware.

• Any other duties as assigned by Officer in Charge.

Mendix is growing fast and expanding the Business Operations Team into our latest emerging market of Asia, and looking for a highly talented Sales Operations Manager. To be successful in this role, you need to have the "bigger" business picture in mind. And more importantly you need to understand all facets of the Revenue Operations scope. Including Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and Partner Operations. You need to be able to focus your talents in providing insights and guiding the broader APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) team to improve business process, pipeline management, channel alignment and overall organization.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

• Collaborating cross-functionally, adding value to the GTM organization to increase impact
• Driving improvement of business processes, leveraging the GTM Tech Stack (tools like SFDC, Clari and Salesloft) to drive growth and scale
• Working closely with our sales team to drive value with Deal movement, updates and advise management with insights to guide the sales team
• Working effectively across sales, support, IT, finance, human resources, and other functions
• Developing proactive analyses, rooted in SFDC data and other sources, that provide actionable insights
• Partnering with our SFDC admin and our reporting team to improve and refine workflows and ensure we are getting the maximum value out of the tool while meeting users’ needs
• Organizing data and utilizing it to enhance Salesforce platform effectiveness
• Assisting with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle
• Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making
• Guiding Change Management and Enablement (especially from a systems and process perspective)
• Leading 2 sales operations analyst in APAC

You’re the innovator we need if you:

• Have 12+ years’ experience in Revenue Operation or Sales Operations, preferably at a fast paced subscription software (SaaS) company
• You need to have proven track record in working across the multi-disciplinary field of Sales Operations and Customer Success Operations
• This means you need to feel comfortable with subjects like sales planning, pipeline management, performance management, renewal and new business forecasting, identifying expansion opportunities upon renewal, etc
• Proven ability to build strong report with GTM leadership and lead in important business conversations.
• Have the experience to build the architecture and execution in the GTM Tech Stack is strongly preferred
• Have experience with Business Intelligence tools (SFDC, Power BI)
• Have a BA/BS degree in business or related field
• Possess a demonstrable track record of expertise across various domains of Revenue Ops (Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), Services, and Partner Relations)
• Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
• Have in-depth understanding of Sales processes and systems (sales cycles; account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management, Deal velocity)
• Like to work in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
• Preferably have Salesforce.com Superuser experience
• Are results oriented, with attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects

· Perform detailed radio frequency translation plans and architectures
