Job Summary
Primary responsibilities involve developing and executing sales & marketing strategies, maintain client relationships and revenue generation. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will combine creative marketing strategies with a strong sales focus to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Day-to-Day responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Analyse competitor activities to identify revenue growth opportunities in hardware, industrial, automotive, skilled trade, retail and household channels.
- Spearhead ambitious yet achievable sales planning & forecasting and track progress towards achieving them.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure all expenses stay within budget.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to maximize ROI on campaign and sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships:
- Develop and nurture long term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and trust.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Others:
- Prepare monthly reports, including revenue forecasts, performance metrics, sales reports and analysis etc.
- Work closely with various cross functional teams (e.g., logistics and finance) to ensure sales operations run smoothly.
Your background
· At least 3 years of experience in sales with demonstrated success.
· Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating contracts with clients.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Customer focused, results oriented, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English and Mandarin.
· Degree in business or related discipline.
